title2. ITP Application Set-Up

The ITP application aids as a source of defaults for Tasks and Activities that commonly are required for ITP process documentation.

Tasks:

Tasks are used to Group related activities

Activities:

Activities are used to define the detail Define the details of the activity , and the evidence required as a default to demonstrate that the work has been completedcompletion. These set the default defaults on the ITP form when created on a project.

If you are using ITC’s, the ITC template can be defined also as a default.

Options (for Activities)

Your Define the Responsible Party list and Action Point list can be defined in the options menu. This is the list of combo options in these respective fields within , used in the activity configuration above.

1. Creating a new ITP from a Project

  4. ITP Activities will auto-select from your pre-sefined defined ITP module configuration. Add or remove to this listactivities as needed.
