1- Need a new export (based on Stock By Period Initialisation) so users can review qty and average per period/location/item.
Only last closed period.
May need a stock take to verify quantities. Up to the user.
STock take batch needs to be included in the Period that is being closed out and will be used as Starting point to be reviewed.
Re close the Stock period so it includes the stock adjautsments. And export the list again.
2- Define Period Initialisation:
Review export (qtys and average on each item per location).
Use a redesigned version of Stock By Period Initialisation import as a starting point.
3- Change CP now before import is done.
To get the stock value correct in StockByPeriod
4- New Import:
based on Stock By Period Initialisation.
ENhance to overwrite the last closed stock period, to get the right initialisation values.
User will only import ONE period.
User will define the period imported.
Call utility to updte all Average stock values on ALL items:
wbUpdateAllStockCosts
5- Optional to manually run utility in case any Stock issues have been cerated for the new period.

Pre requisites:
Close Stock Period
Change to new method at the begining of the month before processing new stock transactions.
Test new item on new location added in the new period, which is not on the StockByPeriod table. Is this an issue? as this is not going to be included in the items list exported in step 1.
