OVERVIEW:
The Web Workbench Timesheets module integrates with the standard Workbench database and structures
- Functionality is provided for users to log in using their integrated Windows Login Code or traditional username and password
- Timesheets may be entered by the logged in user
- Timesheets may be entered by an administrator on behalf of an employee
- Timesheets can be approved by authorised approvers
- Timesheets can be reviewed by authorised reviewers
- Disbursement transactions can optionally be added to a timesheet
- Messaging via email is provided between timesheet owners and approvers
- Multi Financial Company functionality is provided, allowing a person domiciled in one Financial Company to work on a Job domiciled in another Financial Company. The resulting inter-company journals are automatically created.
