Pricing changes effective 1 July 2026

The new pricing is in effect, and this is currently visible on AWS hosted clients. For selfhosted on-premise clients the new prices are only visible on upgrade to v4.8.14 although the pricing is in effect.

Purchase Order Dashboard

A new Purchase Order Dashboard has been added to the Purchasing Dashboard, providing an interactive view of Purchase Order activity, workflow status and purchasing commitments. The dashboard follows the standard Workbench dashboard framework and is available as a new Purchase Orders tab.

Features

  • New Purchase Orders dashboard tab.

  • Purchase Order Status panel displaying workflow status totals.

  • Toggle between Order Cost and Outstanding Cost.

  • Stacked column chart showing Purchase Orders by accounting period and status.

  • Two configurable analysis charts supporting Supplier, Job, Profit Centre, Purchaser, Cost Category and Activity.

  • Standard dashboard filters including Year/Period, Profit Centre, Purchaser and Supplier.

  • Interactive drill-down with detailed Purchase Order grid and Export to Excel.

Output Get Sales - New Outputs

In some cases, the Job Outputs have not been created beforehand and need to be created at billing time. A feature to create job outputs is available from Input / Output Get Sales to compare to existing invoice data.

  • A. For Output-based or Input/Output-based Get Sales a [New Outputs] button will show the New Outputs popup.

  • B. The outputs from the Job linked schedules will auto display, ready for data entry.

  • C. The user captures the quantities for those outputs required, leaving others as 0 quantity.

  • D. On save the new output i.e. quantity > 0, will display as Pending in Get Sales, ready for billing.

 

Workbench GO Enhancements

Leave Entry

  • Added support for attaching files to unsaved leave requests.

My Schedule

  • My schedule module has moved to the Weekly Timesheet screen for better alignment between rostered work, daily activity, and weekly submission

Day sheet Entry

  • Added a custom time picker for start and finish times in mobile timesheet flows.

  • Added a new setting to control whether allowances appear on day sheets.

Support Features

  • Added a reload database action from the My Profile screen.

  • Applied prevent-sleep handling to database reload flows.

Fixes & Technical changes

Workbench

  • Jobs list - Further performance enhancements have been made for pagination.

  • Job Maintenance - Fixed display of EBA tags; also applied to templates.

  • Subcontract Claims list - Corrected the display of negative claims.

  • Daysheets -

    • Rectified missing work centre and activities validation on Timesheet tab.

    • Rectified missing activities validation on Stock tab issues.

  • Purchase Orders list - Rectified an issue where the LIKE condition for line-level searches was not functioning correctly.

  • Purchase Order -

    • Disabled Purchaser when the PO is approved.

    • Fix the GST calculation on edit when GST Type column is hidden if the data is available.

  • AP Voucher -

    • PO Lines tab - When user edits PO Lines Qty to zero then its voucher line is removed.

    • Voucher Lines tab - Rectified an issue where the first line of the Voucher Lines tab was not being referenced after the Entity Framework component upgrade.

  • Stock Item - Fixed inadvertent reset of the Inactive flag on the Catalogues tab lines when any change is made to the stock item.

  • Plant Item - Fixed a deployment issue resetting the 'Plant Job Source' ctrl param.

  • Plant Issue - Supports setting ‘Export Plant Recoveries by Plant Item’ to export plant recoveries by plant item when exporting plant issues batches.

  • Timesheet Mobile - Restrict backdating of timesheet to the current period minus two months, only applies in Mobile Timesheets due to usability.

  • Timesheet Approval - Fixed sorting on the grid header.

  • Job Sales Invoice - Added permission ‘Submit Job Sales Invoice' to limit the sales invoices Submit button; granted to 'General’ global role for backward compatibility.

  • Period End Maintenance - New periods are now created in a Closed state and this will be audited.

  • Job Transactions Reallocation - Add filters for Log Number, Supplier, and Employee. Reallocation will now reprice to the target Job, but it will not re-cost. This can be used to facilitate an “internal sale” to a client job with specified pricing.

  • Workflow - Restored reassign functionality on non-voucher documents.

  • Data Imports - wbImportBudgetLinesAtCostElement, enhanced to cater for the new line types Plant Class and Plant Group.

  • MYOB AccountRight - Integration is updated to handle Account Number retrieval for Electronic Payment scenario which applies especially in the scenario for Project Trust Account (PTA).

  • Upvise Integration - amend Leave sync so leave under review is not reset.

  • Attachments popup - Updated Upload Date to include time and fixed sorting.

  • SharperLight - model aligned with recent Project Trust Account changes.

Workbench GO

  • Improved the day sheet report to better support plant time, null times, and project fields.

  • Improved recent activity filtering so removed job activities no longer continue to show after sync.

  • Improved recent work centre handling to prevent closed or duplicate entries from appearing.

  • Improved account handling so usernames/email addresses update correctly when changed.

  • Improved login handling by preventing trailing spaces from causing valid emails to fail validation.
