NEW Admin User Setting- Remote Database Refresh
A new capability has been introduced, allowing Admin users to remotely trigger a local database refresh on a user’s device via the User List in Upvise.
This enhancement supports troubleshooting scenarios where a user’s local database may be out of date—typically caused by extended periods without logging out of the app. It removes the dependency on requiring users to fully log out and log back in to refresh their local data.
This functionality is currently optimised for Android devices, with iOS support planned for later in the year.
How to trigger a remote refresh
Log into Upvise Web as an Admin user
Navigate to Manage Users
Select the relevant user
Click the “…” (options menu)
Select Refresh
