Pricing changes effective 1 July 2026

We have emailed clients about our pricing changes effective 1 July 2026, supporting our continued investment in the product and support. Please reach out to the team if you haven't received an email.

 

Enhancements

Jobs

  • Jobs list - The Job ellipsis has an additional option for Attachments to access the Job’s Attachments popup directly without going through Job Details popup. Its visibility is configured by the ‘Job List - Attachments’ permission that will be granted to the General global role by default. [WBL-20]

Purchasing

  • AP Vouchers - The list has been enhanced to support custom views with the typical Default and Data Dump views, and the Default is as-is. Recall that the ‘Edit Custom List’ permission is required to configure list views.

System Setup

  • Locations - A new tab has been added to Locations to specify contact information. This is in preparation for forthcoming new standard report formats that will be simpler to configure using these fields. Existing reports that are typically configured to show contact information via report footers will not be affected. [WBL-60]

Fixes & Technical changes

Workbench

  • Job Enquiry - Resolved a serializer limit issue affecting Job Enquiry detail screens, improving reliability when viewing larger data sets.

  • Budget Journals - Disable the Import button to prevent use of inappropriate imports.

  • Data Imports (General) - Reviewed import performance to cope for larger data files.

  • Docket Schedule - Better Finco handling with Improved validation and adding filtering to identify and fix lines.

  • Quotes - Fixed and issue on Cost Sheet’s Lines tab in ‘At Cost Element’ format where the list of Rate Codes being displayed was not consistent with the setup of the Plant Class.

  • Data Import, wbImportDaysheetTimeAndPlant - add Event Log population.

  • Extension Column (General) - fixed a technical issue where the Generic Picker could amend the datatype.

  • Budget Type - resolved a deployment issue where some clients still had outdated budget types.

Upvise

Upvise app v12.2

  • Includes bug fixes to address intermittent form submission issues on iOS devices.

Forms

  • Resolved an issue where forms and photos linked to contact records were incorrectly visible on equipment records when both shared the same ID value

Allowances

  • Options form field script correction - no functional impact
