Report Viewer

This is the general viewer used to display all rendered reports as a result clicking the Reports List name link of a report instance or clicking the View button from the Report Instance popup.

Open

Toolbar

• Typical pagination controls for multi page reports.

• Export (Save As) functionality to XML, CSV (comma delimited), PDF, Excel, Word.

• Refresh the view of the data.

• Print the report.

• Email the report to a specified recipient in PDF format.

Report

• Report data will be filtered based on the report parameter values given or pre-defined for the report instance.

• Depending on the specific report, the viewer may have collapsible sub-sections using [+/-].
