Overview:

This screen is used to track communication with Clients and add any notes about outstanding invoices. 

It can be accessed from the list of Job Invoices, clicking on the blue pencil at the end of eacj row or from the Perform button within the invoice/Credit.

Screen Guide:

The top section of the screen displays details of the client and the billing contact. Then the details of the Invoice or AR Credit. 

The section below displays a list of Receipts of Credits that have been applied to the Invoice. This normally is imported automatically from the financial system.


Notes section:

Multiple notes can be created for one document. Custom Note Types can be created in To Do Note Type for table Job Invoices if required. The default type is Notes.
