Feature Revisions

General

  • List Filters - Some minor enhancements have been made to list filters.

A.  The filter criteria have been styled as links, and the edit link removed.
B.  Each criteria of the filter navigates to the respective edit control to allow one-click editing, for example clicking the 'Finalised' criteria immediately puts focus into the 'Finalised' input and not the 'Closed' input. [Apply Filter] collapses the filters as usual.

  • Attachments - An error arising from an attachment filename including a comma (,) when using the Chrome browser is rectified.

Companies & People

  • Person Maintenance - An issue saving changes to the Billing Contact or Site Contact tick boxes is resolved. 

Timesheets

  • Timesheet Daily - An error when the application attempted to auto-delete a zero quantity timesheet line originating from dockets is resolved.
  • Timesheet Administration List - A new column 'Payroll Status' is added to the list and displays whether the respective week ending records are Batched or Exported.
  • Timesheet Approval List - this has been made more like the Timesheet Administration List; missing timesheets are now included and the following columns added:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Emp No
    • Missing
    • Total Hours

Contracts

  • Forecast tab - An issue where manually specifying the period using the pencil was not being correctly passed, is now rectified.

Daily Diary

  • The Print button on Timesheets now reminds the user if a Save is required.

Purchasing

  • Image Documents List -

A.  The default filter criteria are amended to display any documents with status of In Progress, Indexing or Reject. Previously the Indexing status was not included and this was sometime overlooked, especially during the training period.
B.  The Usage monitor has been updated to provide the expiry date of the current plan. This would assist a decision whether to early renew.
C.  As the plan is used and runs out, the Usage monitor will provide a link to the current Plan Information.
D.  A link is available should more information be required on available plans in the course of an upgrade.

  • AP Voucher, This Voucher tab -

    • The interaction on Manual Lines in This Voucher tab has been revised to calculate the Value Excl and GST when a Value Incl is specified. The GST should now be adjusted to amend for any tax rounding.

    • The Details column to now support 2000 characters, up from the initial 100 characters.
  • AP Invoice -

    • The Print button is now enabled after saving a RCTI AP invoice.

    • Docket Recon popup - An issue affecting display of the Approved totals for Quantity and Value is rectified.

Jobs

  • Job Wizard - An issue using and changing Job Work Centres when using the Job Wizard is rectified.

Billing

  • Job Invoice -
    • A new 'Import' button is now available on the Job Invoice once the header detail is saved. The 'Import' button navigate to the import utility screen for wbImportARInvoiceLines.
    • A view-only drill down into Get Sales is now supported for invoices post approval. This provides the same screen just in view mode.
  • Job Invoice, Claim Based Get Sales - The Reset action now entirely removes any preexisting claim schedule lines. Previously the value on these lines was being zeroed.
  • Retention Management - The Claim Today Invoice Number was reformatted so not to be confused with an amount.

Subcontracts

  • Subcontract - The Subcontract detail will now auto-reload after saving the initial (new) Subcontract to display the other tabs available.
  • Subcontract Claim - The Work Order tab is now a scrolling fixed grid with the identifying column being frozen (non-scrolling). This should provide a better experience especially for users displaying all columns. The previous auto adjusted view sometimes rendered with columns too narrow to read.
  • Roles: The Contractor filter has been removed if the user doesn't have 'Contractor Daysheet Admin' permission. This permission is not included on the Subcontracts system role.

Leave Management

  • General - The 'Save & Request' button has been renamed 'Submit', and the long button labels on various Leave popups, such as 'Save & Withdraw', have been simplified for readability, for example to 'Withdraw'.

Reporting

  • An issue displaying the previously selected Voucher Status criteria on custom report filters is resolved.

Administration

  • Role Permissions - The permission associated with the standard Roles have had minor revisions. This will only affect new clients or new migrations, and has no impact on any existing installation.


Integration

Upvise

  • The syncing of Upvise timesheets back to Workbench is now on the basis of being completed (submitted) rather than having to be approved in Upvise.


Reports

New Reports

  • wbSubcontractClaim006 - Recipient Created Tax Invoice - New Recipient Created Tax Invoice provided that includes the Subcontractor Claim Schedule data.
  • wbTime008 - Time Transactions by Employee Cost - A new 'Time Transactions by Employee Cost' report has been provided.

Report Revisions

  • wbContracts001, wbContracts002,
    wbSubcontractTransactions001, wbSubcontractTransactions002, wbSubcontractTransactions003
        - Added Profit Center to Predicate options.
  • wbContractClaim002 - Contract Claim Schedule - Add WO Number field.
  • wbContractorDaysheet001 - Contractor Daysheet - Contractor Daysheet report has been completely redesigned.
  • wbSubcontractClaim001- Subcontract Claim Schedule - Changed order of record types.
