Web Workbench is a Microsoft .NET web application that can be accessed from a web browser (not a mobile app) and client functionality is delivered on industry standard web browsers.
The following browsers are supported:
Google Chrome - Latest stable release
Mozilla Firefox - Latest stable release
Microsoft Edge - Latest stable release
Recommended screen resolution for Workbench Web application:
A minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 at 100%
However, for small screens like a laptop, you can zoom in and out to adjust the Workbench screen to your preferred size.
Do this by:
clicking Ctrl & - (control key and minus key) at the same time to zoom in.
Ctrl & + (control key and plus key) at the same time to zoom out,
Ctrl & 0 (control key and zero key) at the same time to reset to 100%.
After doing this, refresh your browser to re load the page with the new size.
Recommended System Memory for Workbench Web application:
8GB RAM or above.
Recommended Internet Connection for Workbench Web application:
10 Mbps Connection speed or above.
Recommended specifications for Mobile devices:
Operating System: iOS or Android with latest browser versions.
CPU: Quad-core; Hexa-core recommended.
Network: 3G or 4G, 2 Mbps minimum.
