Dockets & Daysheets
Daysheet:
The Timesheet tab of the Daysheet can now be grid managed to hide the ‘EBA Profile’ column if not used. Refer to the 'Daysheet List Timesheet' grid.
Purchases
Purchase Order:
The ‘Total Budget’ calculation on the Budget Detail popup from the PO line has been updated to be consistent with the expected conditions i.e. only included if In Forecast and Approved.
Vouchers list:
The “Is MDE” filter is renamed to “Include MDE” to better describe its function. An “Is Invoiced” filter with Yes/No has been added.
Voucher:
The Supplier picker now filters by and displays the Alpha Code to improve supplier selection.
Rectified an issue where an error was reported when selecting a Purchase Order not linked to a Log.
Subcontracts
Subcontract Claim:
The “… cannot be approved until all lines are processed” validation error now includes the WO number and line Activity to identify the claim line that triggered the message.
Plant
Plant Assignment:
On Plant assignment Lines
The Job now default from the header screen.
The End Date is no longer required to allow capture of long term hires.
A Returned tick box is added to indicate items returned from the site.
Now default Work Centre from the default Plant Rate if valid.
Added filters for Start Date, End Date, and Off Hire (yes / no).
Prompt for un-saved edits on close.
Closed Assignments are disabled from editing.
Excel Export option moved to filter button.
Plant Stand Downs:
Rectified filter issues, specifically regarding Assignment, Job Code, and Plant Code.
Plant Assignment Bulk Issue:
Bulk plant issues can now be performed across assignments instead one assignment at a time.
Timesheets
Timesheet Administration:
A ‘Bulk Approve Uncompleted Timesheets' permission now allows the user to approve uncompleted timesheets from the administration screen. This is granted by default on the 'Administrator’ role.
Billing
Job Sales Invoices:
A manually added [+ New Line] will exclude options related to the Retention job and sales code to prevent inadvertent miscoding. To add a manual retention line use the [+ Retention Line] button that is available on all Contract jobs.
Job Sales Credits:
A Job column has been added to the credit lines to allow selection of the appropriate job or sub-job filtered by the job specified on the header.
Quotes
Redesign Cost sheets At Revenue and Cost Element style:
Continued refinement as part of the new input style released in v4.5.26 [read here].
The precision for Markup% has been increased to ensure appropriate calculation of the Selling Rate.
Service Desk
Log:
Rectified an issue introduced in a prior build that prevented saving, and an issue that incorrectly limited the displayed tabs under a specific scenario.
Month End
Job Transaction Transfer:
Invoiced transactions are now excluded as options for transfer.
Administration
Control Parameters:
The ‘Header Colour’ control parameter is now available to configure the header bar colour, which may be useful for distinguishing test vs. live environments. The valid values are standard hex notation or standard HTML colour names, refer https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_names.asp. The default value is blank which renders the standard Workbench blue. It is recommended that a dark colour is selected as the text display in white.
Integration
MYOB AccountRight
Categories:
Workbench cache for MYOB Categories now explicitly supports having different MYOB instances associated at the Finco level.
MYOB Advanced
Integration Task:
The integration task for MYOB Advanced was inadvertently disabled on upgrade, and this is rectified.
Upvise
Integration screen:
The import time displayed onscreen is now based on the user’s time zone. This used to display the server time.
Leave:
Update logic to support a specified admin job for leave time. If no project is found then default to admin job on integration as native leave does not allow a project to be specified.
