Overview:

There are several utility functions available to manage exceptional circumstances as displayed in the Utilities List.

The list of utilities for the user is defined by an administrator by adding the corresponding Utility permission to a Role, that is eventually assigned to a user. Each utility has its own permission, and there is also a permission that includes all of them.

Note

WARNING

  • These processes update data and are irreversible.

  • Only Admin users should have access to utilities.

  • To be used with caution.

  • Select the Utilities List menu to display the list of utilities available to the user.

  • Click on the name of the required utility or use the filters to find the one required.

  • The utility popup is displayed with a description of its function and the required parameters.

  • Now we click "Run" to execute the utility.

  • A confirmation message is displayed notifying that the process was successful. An error message may be displayed as appropriate.
