Overview:
A list of people to be scheduled is displayed, in People Display Name order.
The 'mouse over' event on the People Name shows the PersonID for that person.
The Schedule can display:
Annual or Sick Leave for an Employee
The Control Parameter 'Leave JobCode' holds the Job Code against which Annual Leave for an Employee is scheduled.
This 'Leave' Job Code is available from the Job Code auto picker, and will always display in the list
Statutory Holidays by Location
The Workbench tables hold Leave Types (e.g. Xmas Day or Anniversary Day)
A date can be entered for these, and they then default onto the People Schedule against the Leave Job
The dates are held by Location. Hence Anniversary Day in the Auckland Location can be different to the date for the Wellington Location.
Leave scheduler will only be showing active employees records.

For leave request events to show on Leave and People scheduler, the leave type must have a default jobcode. Also user must be a member of a Work group. |
