title2. ITP Application Set-Up

The ITP application aids as a source of defaults for Tasks and Activities that commonly are required for ITP process documentation.

Activities:

Activities are used to define the detail Define the details of the activity , and the evidence required as a default to demonstrate that the work has been completedcompletion. These set the default defaults on the ITP form when created on a project.If you are using ITC’s, the ITC template can be defined also as a default.

Your Define the Responsible Party list and Action Point list can be defined in the options menu. This is the list of combo options in these respective fields within , used in the activity configuration above.

Screen Guide

After the configuration of your templates and ITP module is completed, you can proceed to create ITP’s from a project.

1. Creating a new ITP from a Project

  1. Create the form.

  2. Populate required form fields.

  3. Select ITP Tasks.

  4. ITP Activities will auto-select from your pre-defined ITP module configuration. Add or remove activities as needed.

  5. Click “Commit Listed Activities.”

  1. Selected ITP activities will auto-populate the ITP Activity subforms into the ITP form.

  1. Submit the Inspection Test Plan form. The form name will be appended with the selected Task name.

2. Creating ITC’s from the ITP

If ITC’s are being used, you can navigate to the activity subform that you just created from the ITP. There is a button “Manage ITC’s” that will help you select the ITC template and the Quantity if ITC to generate.

  1. Once created, you will see the ITC’s as a draft linked to the project
    View the draft ITCs linked to the project, with % completion visible in the pop-up window and on the form.

3. Re-Ordering ITP Activities

In some scenarios, you may need to re-order activities in an ITP (Inspection Test Plan) to accommodate additional activities or update the sequencing in the ITP Booklet. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Re-Order Activities" Button: Start by clicking the button labeled "Re-Order Activities."

  1. Select and Drag Activities: Once the list of activities appears, you can select and drag them to the desired position in the sequence.

  1. Save Changes: After arranging the activities in the correct order, save the changes to update the ITP Booklet. Click the “back arrow” to save and return to the ITP form
