titleURL stability in Public Forms

User case: You have created a public form and shared the link with your team, however after resetting your password, the URL has changed and your team can no longer access the form via the previous link.

Why does the URL change?

The Public Form URL is protected by a secure token that is associated with a specific user account in the database. If the user updates their credentials, such as by completing a password reset or changing their username, the token will also be updated, resulting in a change to the Public Form URL.

To ensure stability of the URL, it is recommended to generate the URL from an account where the credentials are unlikely to be modified.
