Before you start using the form, the below should be reviewed.

Before using the training record, you should completed a review of the below form template fields: Field: F1 (Training Record): “Qualification Name” This is the List of licences and certification’s you’d like to record. Examples are “White Card”or “Drivers licence”.
Image Added Field: F3 (Training Record): “Type” This is the List of the Type of Qualifications you’d like to record. Examples are “Diploma” or “Induction”.
Image AddedForms 3. Field: F12 (training record): ”Employees” a. this should be looking for your “employee” contact group in upvise. Image Added This field should be hidden. Note: Do not rename or delete any fields in this template as the Matrix function and Task generation will cease to work. |

Note: when there is no expiry populated, there will be no reminder task generated.
Customising Training Records
You are able to add additional form fields into the training record form to capture more details if required. e.g. training provider. Standard form fields should be retained and hidden if they are not required. Additional form fields will not reflect in the matrix display.
Importing Training Record Data
An import option is available in upvise to import training record data in BULK.
The import process does not generate Task reminders or allow for BULK image imports.
