Company
- Company Details - On Company Details popup, the Address tab now includes an Inactive indicator to identify inactive address.
Activities
- Activity List - A Search option has been added to the ellipsis menu of Default work centre, Sales Code, and Internal Sales Code fields to improve data capture.
Charge Types
- Charge Type List - A 'New Charge Type' button has been added to the 'Charge Type List' screen that opens the 'Charge Type Maintenance Wizard'. Although the filtering works correctly on the list, the inactive tick was not being shown on the list - this is now rectified.
Contract Enquiry
- Contract Enquiry - The Dates tab has a New line button to allow new custom dates to be added to the 'User Dates' section. The Transactions tab now supports pagination, it was previously limited to 100 transactions.
General
- Login - Where a username and password are the same the users are auto routed to the Change Password screen on log in with a low password strength message displayed. Changing the password is optional both the auto routing will continue until the password is different.
Claim Schedule
- Claim Schedule Detail - The selected job must be a job with a contract.
- Claim Schedule List - The valid job are now restricted to jobs with charge type of 'Claim Schedule' only.
Jobs
Job Wizard
- Contract - A new stage, Step 3, has been added to the Job Wizard. This provides the option of creating a contract for the new job when manually creating a job. The step prompts for basic contract information and creates the contract as part of the wizard. For template based job creation, the contract must be created from the Job Maintenance view.
- Outputs - The existing existing output picker has been removed and the new Outputs tab added with list to allow multi select of any output schedules.

- The jobs listed are filtered according to the "View other job managers jobjobs" permission which permits viewing jobs where the logged in user is not the job manager (in addition to any Profit Centre Group limitation). This This permission is granted as default for Portal User and Portal Admin, and Administrator rolesby default in a global role called "All Job Access". To implement job filtering by job manager, this permission should be removed from the global group.
- New filter are added on Job List for Has Contract, Has Subcontract, Job Level, and Requires Schedule as filter criteria.

- A Job Financial List has been added to provide basic financial information across jobs, presented as a list. A button has been added to allow simple toggling between the current Job List and the new Job Financial List.

Job Enquiry
- On Job Enquiry the Details tab is is no longer case sensitive. It was previously distinguishing between job codes based on their case.

- On Job Work Centres tab, the Work Centre search popup incorrectly limited the work centres. This is rectified.
- A New Contract button is added to Job Maintenance. The button is only enabled if there is no contract record on this job nor on any parent jobs. The button displays the Contract Enquiry page on the Contract tab that allows a contract to be created.
- When creating a contract on a job, the contract is inherited by all subjobs.
- When Parent Job is changed, all subjobs are also updated in terms of their contract (if any), job level, and hierarchy.

- For job manually created (rather than from a template) the 'DR GL Account' and 'CR GL Account' fields were incorrectly saved - this is rectified.
Job Outputs
- Job Outputs Entry - The Output Schedule picker now includes Approved flag. Enables selection of any of the associated output schedules for the job. Previously a job supported only one Output Schedule.
- Job Outputs List - Editing of job output now enable selection of any of the associated output schedules for the job. Previously a job supported only one Output Schedule.
- Uninvoiced Job Outputs - Enable selection of any of the associated output schedules for the job. Previously a job supported only one Output Schedule. The 'New Line' link is now always visible.
Job Receipts
- Job receipting is now provided through a Job Receipting Batch that allows capture of multiple receipts to job invoices within a batch. The batch is subject to the standard batch process constraints.
Job Invoice
- Job Invoice - On Job Invoice the Details field now uses a multiline text input.
- Job Get Sales - For Claim based billing, the Reset button now also deletes the retention line. Also the Claim Schedule picker now allows selection of any approved schedules for this job or any ancestor up to and including its contract job.
Leave Management
- Bulk Leave Creation - The location list displayed is no longer limited by the
- Leave Request - Activity Code and Work Centre was cleared on a leave request in two edit scenarios requiring them to be selected again. This has been rectified so that neither are cleared in these scenarios.
Reporting
- Report Dashboard - A graphical dashboard equivalent of the Report List is available with enhanced functionality to Tile a report to the Home page. This provides a simpler presentation of the previous grid oriented layout.
Resource Maintenance
- Log Scheduler - The Event popup now includes time inputs that sync to their related Log Maintenance record as: Start time to LogHeader.SchdTime; and End time to LogHeader.SchdTime + ExpectedHours
Service Desk
- Log Maintenance - Additional fields are added to support a prioritised view - Original Scheduled Date & Time, Scheduled Date & Time, Priority and Expected Hours fields. An improved Allocated To person picker displays a today and tomorrow indicator of people's allocated capacity based on priority with a bar per allocated hour based on Expected Hours.
- Log Maintenance Integration - Creation and changes to any log now automatically creates / updates the corresponding event in the resource scheduling Log Scheduler view.
- Log Maintenance List - Updated list to show new fields Original Scheduled Date & Time, Scheduled Date & Time, Priority with colour, On Hand (hrs), and Allocated person; the default order is now by On Hand.
Administration
- Log Priority Maintenance - This new screen provides a configuration screen for the Service Desk log priorities as entered on the Tablet Log Detail screen. IT defines the various priorities, the respective on hand days and hours to action and the preferred indicator colour. This is used for the integrated view between Service Desk logs and the Log schedule view.
- User List - The 'Admin Function Group' section under the 'Application Access' tab for a User has been removed as these serve no function under the web application.
MyOB
- Convert LasUpdateDate to UTC time before API calls.
