Response Dependent Datasheet Questions

It is now possible to define simple response dependent display in Datasheet Templates using the new columns to define the optional response context for a question.

A. Sections and Subsection also support response dependency.
B. The Value conditions referring to a Boolean answer are ‘true’ and 'false'; this is case sensitive.
C. Response dependency can be over multiple levels.
D. The Value conditions referring to a Toggle answer are as per the Selection List; this is case sensitive.
E. The Value conditions referring to a Text List answer are as per the Selection List; this is case sensitive.
F. The Value conditions referring to a Picker answer is the respective primary key value.
G. The Value conditions referring to a Text answer is the expected string; this is case sensitive. Note in this case this is a Hide option.

(warning) Response dependency support is NOT available for integer, date, datetime response types; and dependency is only support for a single response value.

Feature Revisions

Purchasing

  • Purchase Orders - The Purchase Order Lines import (wbImportPurchaseOrderLines) has been amended to retain the sequence from the source file to facilitate use where the file data was intentionally ordered.

  • AP Vouchers - The AP Voucher now defaults its currency from the referred PO (if any), whereas previously it always used the supplier’s currency and did not support the case where the PO was different.

Jobs

  • Job Enquiry - A Revenue tab is added to provide an invoice listing for the revenue as displayed on the Financial Summary tab.

  • Job Templates -

    • The supported number of Job Work Centres that can be initialised when creating a job has been upgraded from 100 to 300 due to client feedback. Previously only 100 job work centres were being initialised into the job even though the job template definition had more.

    • The Finalised and Closed tickboxes in the Job Template were not being set when the Job was created; and this is rectified.

  • Job and People Notes - Rectified an error introduced in the previous version when attempting to add new note entries.

  • Quotes - Rectified an issue where the extension columns on Quotes were not saving.

Billing

  • Output Based Billing - Rectified an error when billing output introduced in the previous version. This was displaying a generic ‘Error’ message.

Plant

  • Plant Enquiry - Rectified an issue where drilling from the Details tab - Activity level to the Transaction tab was not displaying the filtered transactions.

Stock

  • Stock Issue Batch Entry - Rectified an issue where the line Activity was also being limited by the user’s Time Activity Group.

Leave Management

  • Leave Details - The Leave Type description will now be displayed when accessing the details from approval and administration lists.
