Daily Diary

Enhancements have been made to Daily Diary functionality including:

  • Disallow the entering of data when there is no open financial period, and show error message:  'No open Period available. Advise your System Administrator'.
  • Timesheets: Changed display order on screen to Person / DocketID, rather than Person/ JobCode
  • Timesheets with Timecodes: when using Bulk transactions option, populate a default TimeCode when possible which will be based on the employee class and Activity Code
  • Timesheets: Take into account Timecodes when copying timesheet lines (using Copy Previous Transactions) with same exact details but different TimeCodes.
  • Timesheets: When copying lines from one day to the other, copy all exact details into the Dockets.
  • External Plant: Inactive Catalogue Plant Items will not be listed.
  • Material External: Inactive Catalogue Material Items will not be listed.
  • External Labour: Inactive Catalogue Labour and Subcontract Items will not be listed.
  • Dashboard: If the Logged-in User does not have a JobPeopleGrpPeople record an error/warning message will appear.
  • Internal Plant : Allow Plant Code with no Rate Code to be listed as a Default.

  • Internal Plant: Allow editing a transaction from a SubJob that has already been saved..

  • Various Screen designs on Daily Diary have been aligned with Workbench Desktop version.

Job People Maintenance: Changes were done so inactive people will not be displayed in the filters.

Configuration

Enhancements have been done to ensure the OtherAuthorityRole lookup values are initialized during application start-up (when a new installation is done or when the web application is restarted).
