Statuses is a place to add custom labels, tags, reasons, and statuses that are used in various locations around Workbench.
Screen Guide:
By clicking on the Type dropdown list, you can locate which type of status you wish to add to:
- Analysis Transaction Types
- Contract Statuses
- Document Register Statuses
- Job Statuses
- Log Statuses
- Not Certified Reason
- Potential Gains
- Potential Losses
- Purchase Order Reasons
- Purchase Order Types
- Schedule Types
- Units (of measurement)
- Voucher Reasons
- WIP Adjustment Codes
- Work Order Reasons
Once you've located the type, you can add to the list by clicking + New and giving it a Status label with optional Attributes which can define the Status.
Next Steps:
Once created, the new status can be immediately used in the appropriate screen.
