Note: From version 3.0.17 on wards, personal timesheet licences must be assigned to users, in order for them to access their web timesheets. Please do so, from Licence Management menu, 'Enabled' column has to be ticked for the users using web timesheets.
Timesheets
- Both SAVE buttons (the one on the top and the one on the bottom of the page) are grayed out after the first click from the user to either one or the other. This is to avoid any duplicate lines, in the case the user clicks both buttons.
- Back/Save/New line buttons on Timesheets: Now if a user goes into timesheet through a Closed and Complete timesheet, and then navigates to a new timesheet or an existing one that is 'open', the buttons that will be available are the 3 buttons for an Open and uncompleted timesheet (Back/Save/New line), rather than the ones that were originally available when first going in to the closed timesheet (which is only the Back button).

2. The results on the grid will be sorted by Cost Type column in order to show first TIME, second ALLOWANCE, and the rest of the transactions with no time codes below. Showing them together will facilitate the reviewer/approver’s process.
3. One One new summary line at the bottom of the page (above the existing Total summaries) to show totals per day in quantity for Allowances. It only includes allowances.
The The existing total summary excludes Allowances (Time activity type with Allowance TimeCode) and Disbursements.

6. Highlight timesheet lines in yellow when a column in 'Total Allowances Qty' line is clicked. In this case the lines that make up for that qty should be selected. Datasheets
When opening a Datasheet from a User (in User List, Datasheet tab), a Company (from Company List, Datasheet tab), or Job (from Jobs List, Datasheet tab), the datasheet will now be opened in a new tab of the same browser, so it is easier to go back to where the user was before opening it.
