Use the filters to refine which timesheets should be targeted, then click the Generate button. A green message will appear notifying you that transactions are being processed. You can navigate away from this page if you wish, but if you wait, another green message will appear once the process has finished. Results are displayed in the lower section detailing which Date/Person was targeted with notes in the Message field.

You can use the Delete button to remove any EBA outputs, leaving only the original transactions in place. This button uses the current filter settings as well, so you will need to precisely target the data you wish to delete.

Generating the EBA multiple times will simply clear previously generated payroll transactions and replace them with the currently profile rules.

Next Steps:

Once payroll transactions are generated, they can be reviewed in Timesheet Administration. Next, we can Batch Payroll, bringing in all payroll lines for the payroll period, then export the batch using Batch Control.
