- Email Templates
- Specific email templates have been added for Job Invoice, Job Claims, and Purchase Order. Each template support narrative for the email subject and body with support for predefined tokens to support replacement with data in the narrative.
Billing
- Get Sales
- Written-off transactions can now be uninvoiced into a deferred state.
- Detailed filter options have been added for Line Type with each criteris showing the abbreviation and description, and a new Reference text filter.
- The Billed Transactions tab now has the same columns as the Unbilled Transactions tab, and Workcentre, Qty, Rate and Details are now editable.
- The editable Details field on all tabs now uses a multiline text input for ease of editing.
- The Unbilled Transactions, Billed Transactions and Summary are now presented as tabs rather than page sections.
- On the The Summary tab , the summary can now show shows by Work Centre when or Sales Code as specified on Charge Type. Previously the summary was limited to Sales Code.
- Job Enquiry
- Workcentre has been added to the grid view on the Orders tab.
- Job Invoice
- The Rate or Value on Job Sales Invoice is now editable for input / output derived lines, and this triggers the pro-rata mechanism through the underlying job transactions.
- Job Invoice List
- The Invoice Title column has been added, and list totals provided for currency values.
- Job Sales Invoice
- The 'Email To' field when sending a job invoice now prepopulates based on the invoice billing contact details.

- Filters
- A Reset option has been added to Apply Filter to restore the original filters. This is available across all screens.
- Global Keyboard shortcuts
- Generic keyboard shortcuts have been added to all screens to support users that prefer keyboard based navigation.
• CTRL + M – Search a menu item
• CTRL + I – Inserts a new object or a line on editable grids. Allows you to create Timesheets, Expense claims and etc.
• CTRL + S – Saves dialogs or forms
• CTRL + B – Navigates back to a previous screen if back button is presented
• CTRL + X – Closes dialog
• CTRL + > – Navigates to next timesheet
• CTRL + < – Navigates to prev timesheet
• CTRL + A – Apply filter and focus on first input element
• CTRL + G – focuses on a grid line
• CTRL + 1, 2 … 9 – navigates between tables on a dialog (i.e. Companies, Jobs) or lines on a grid
• CTRL + P – Shows workbench report dialog if Print button is presented
• CTRL + D – mark editable record as deleted
