The ITP application aids as a source of defaults for Tasks and Activities that commonly are required for ITP process documentation. Tasks:Tasks are used to Group related activities  Activities:Activities are used to define the detail of the activity, and the evidence required as a default to demonstrate that the work has been completed. These set the default on the ITP form when created on a project. If you are using ITC’s, the ITC template can be defined also as a default. 
Options (for Activities)Your Responsible Party list and Action Point list can be defined in the options menu. This is the list of combo options in these respective fields within the activity configuration above.
