Before using the training record, you should completed a review of the below form template fields:

Field: F1 (Training Record): “Qualification Name”
1. This is the List of licences and certification’s you’d like to record.
2. Examples are “White Card”or “Drivers licence”.
Field: F3 (Training Record): “Type”
1. This is the List of the Type of Qualifications you’d like to record.
2. Examples are “Diploma” or “Induction”.
