The prestart checklists are designed to capture the condition of the equipment before operating the vehicle to ensure that it’s safe to operate and any non-critical defects are captured as the operator completes the assessment. Defects are captured on the form via Punch items, see forms for more information regarding how punch items are configured in your template.

We recommend you review your pre-start forms when you are configuring your system to ensure that critical information, and information unique to your business operations is captured.
