You can change the columns you see in the view above in Equipment options display settings: Punch item display: will allow you to modify the punch item display column in the view. Custom Columns: will allow you to modify the columns displayed in the Equipment view

Punch Item Notifications

• When a punch is assigned to a user, a notification is sent automatically.

• When a punch is completed, a notification is sent to the user who created the punch.

• The punch notification is sent via email and/or in-app depending on the company settings in the database.

There is no way to currently manually send notifications to a custom user.
