Workbench Has has a few standard prestart templates installed when to start you off when we install your site is configured.
The prestart schelists checklists are designed to capture the condition of the equipment before operationing the vehicle to ensure that it’s safe to operate and any non-critical defects are captured as the operator completes the assessment. Defects are captured on the form via Punch items, see forms for more information regarding how punch items are configured in your template. We recommend you review your pre-start forms when you are configuring your system to ensure that critical information, and information unique to your business operations is captured. |

Workbench has a two standard Servicing templates to start you off when we install your site.
The Servicing forms are designed to be filled in once your equipment is due for maintenance based on the servicing intervals you configured earlier. Upon submission of the form, the utilisation on the Equipment will be updated based on the “Kms/Hrs” entered on the form at the time of the service. |
